Fred Jones

Frederick Herman Jones is one of the main characters of the Cartoon Network animated series Be Cool Scooby-Doo!

He is a teenaged Caucasian male, with blond hair. His trademark accessory is his orange ascot tie.

Fred is a leader of the gang and is a little controlling even though he believes he's not. He loves traps and mysteries.

Friends

Daphne - Fred is good friend of Daphne but sometimes gets irritated with her. She takes care of him when he's sick and tells him to think like a plant monster. He laughs at her jokes. She tries to be like him when dressing like him. At first he thinks it's a good idea when she dresses like him trying to think like him but then he gets tired because she "hogs the Fred".
Velma - he and Velma are good friends but occasionally gets irritated with her and vise versa. She helps him understand drumming. They are normally the first two to understand who the culprit is while solving a mystery.
Shaggy - he and Shaggy are pretty close even though Fred accuses him of eating tuna fish sandwich when it was really Daphne. When Shaggy and Scooby thinks Fred is the Screama Donna he says to go after Fred. After realizing that it's Fred, he is embarrassed. Fred reveals the reason why they split up during chases is because knowing the monster would go after Shaggy and Scooby most of the time, he can get a breather.
Scooby Doo - Fred is the second person Scooby decides to be his Shaggy's replacement. Fred reveals the reason why they split up during chases is because knowing the monster would go after Shaggy and Scooby most of the time, he can get a breather.
